*Copyright laws are affecting technology and development negatively.

* Hundred years ago, when people could not share their ideas because lake of communication, the world was in a slow developing phase, everybody had to start from the scratch. But after creating ways to communicate with others and share ideas, in a 200 hundred years the world has dramatically changed to a fast positive progressing  phase.

 

*True that copyrights will profit the individual or company by protecting their ideas, but it also may affect the whole world and the progressing phase.

 

* Technology is developing so fast, and applying the old copyright laws on this modern technology is impossible. Trying to force that will produce a sloppy result that will not accomplish anything for law or for technology.

* You cannot enforce the same old copyrights that once were applied on piano rolls; on the new technology

*In the past people wished to make copies of anything rather than building the same thing again.

However, when it became possible, laws had been made to limit the use of copying.
